About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant
within Global Payments & Liquidity.
In this role, you will:
Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships
Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
Independently resolve moderately complex issues
Lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Treasury management products or services sales experience
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Strong sales acumen across a multi-leveled B2B sales environment
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Access)
Job Expectations:
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Travel up to 40% of time
This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of designated office location approximately 3 days week (2 remote).
