Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and associates. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory through cycle counting and other control measures. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational flow. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers as needed. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory, track orders, and optimize operations. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and other methodologies. Collaborate with transportation and supply chain planning teams to ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics. Manage operational budgets and control expenses within the warehouse. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and effectively. Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse and distribution center management. Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
