We are looking for a ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow FSM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
  • Work on work orders, dispatching, scheduling, task management, and mobile agent configurations.
  • Customize workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide enhancements for existing ServiceNow FSM applications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow and Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Experience with work orders, dispatch console, scheduling, service appointments, and mobile agent.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and development.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience with FSM integrations with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM or CSM.
