<p>Job Summary</p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong backend and distributed systems experience to join a fast-paced engineering team building modern AI-powered applications and scalable platform services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Golang development, cloud-native architectures, and modern frontend technologies, along with exposure to AI/LLM integrations and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.</p><p>This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can move quickly, and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges across backend infrastructure, AI systems, and scalable application development.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang)</li><li>Build and support distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure</li><li>Develop modern frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript</li><li>Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows</li><li>Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines</li><li>Work with vector databases and embedding-based search systems</li><li>Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes</li><li>Build reliable storage and data workflows leveraging technologies such as S3</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions quickly</li><li>Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and scalability</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong experience with Go (Golang) backend development</li><li>Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture</li><li>Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes</li><li>Experience building applications with Next.js and TypeScript</li><li>Familiarity with cloud storage systems such as S3</li><li>Strong understanding of scalable system design and API development</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience with Python development</li><li>Exposure to AI/LLM integrations and generative AI applications</li><li>Experience building or supporting RAG systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB)</li><li>Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and embedding pipelines</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure</li></ul><p></p>
