This role will lead the optimization of the commercial deal factory capacity planning process using data to more efficiently deploy global capacity and prediction of customer demand.</p><p> Specifically, you will:</p><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional team on how to utilize system data to assess factory “health” and create enhanced visualization for strategic action taking  </li><li>Collaborate with global commercial operations teams on re-defining how we align capacity to demand and resulting standard work and training with goal to achieve one-piece flow</li><li>Own target to improve (TTI) performance measure, action plan to improve, and problem solving</li><li>Partner with Sales Operations team on building a rolling global demand forecast for proposals</li><li>Translate complex data into meaningful, consumable insights with clear intent and call to action</li><li>Work with cross-functional team to develop skill building plan to systemically shift capacity <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">expertise  </span></li><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders, including FLIGHT DECK, Data Management, and functional teams, to utilize data and data visualization to drive decision-making and innovation.</li><li>Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in data and visualization strategy.</li><li>Support the broader Customer Driven HK initiatives as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required Qualifications:</u></b></p><p></p><p><b>For US & UAE Candidates only:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of work experience within commercial, supply chain, data analytics or related field</li><li>Proven experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, and data process flow.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>For UK Candidates only:</b></p><ul><li>Significant experience within commercial, supply chain, data analytics or related field</li><li>Proven experience in data strategy, data management, analytics, and data process flow.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Desired Characteristics</u></b></p><ul><li>Self-starter, “catalyst” for change innovation and thriving in ambiguity and shaping structure</li><li>Understanding of commercial transactional processes or experience with demand and capacity planning/forecasting</li><li>Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to implement change</li><li>Strong communication and project management skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce.com</li><li>Experience with Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools (ex. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on March 11, 2026.
