Job Summary <h1 style="margin:12.0pt 0.0in 6.0pt;font-size:16.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sr Change Enablement Specialist focused on Change Communications to join our SAP Change Enablement team. This role is responsible for supporting internal and external communication and engagement activities to enable successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA. </h1> The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, an exceptional writer, and a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail who understands the critical role of communication and engagement in driving organizational change. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Partner with the SAP Change Enablement Director to develop a comprehensive communication and engagement plan for internal and external stakeholders impacted by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral, managing the collaboration and approval process efficiently to meet project timelines.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Craft clear and consistent messaging that fosters transparency, relevant and actionable for stakeholders by region, location, and persona.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Manage internal and external communication tools and channels to ensure effective delivery of change-related messages.</li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:12.0pt"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 12.0pt 0.0px;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Maintain, enhance, and standardize communication toolkits, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency in change messaging.</li> </ul> Required Skills and Experience <ul style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a related field.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">3+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management communications, or a similar role.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels of leadership.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Ability to manage communications for complex projects, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 6.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software is a bonus.</li> </ul> Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
