Staff Product Designer – Advanced Trade

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end product design for key Advanced Trade experiences across web and mobile
• Lead high-ambiguity, zero-to-one and improvement initiatives
• Raise the craft and quality bar across the Advanced Trading product surface
• Design scalable frameworks, patterns, and information architecture
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional peers
• Lead through influence by coaching and upleveling more junior designers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products
• Broad end-to-end product design range
• Strong visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and prototyping craft
• Proven ability to lead through influence
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools
