<p dir="ltr">We're looking for an experienced STEP Platform Developer/Engineer to provide hands-on development and configuration support within an MDM environment. This role blends direct platform contribution with consultative guidance — you won't just build, you'll also act as a thought partner on solution design, work sizing, and team enablement as the client builds internal STEP capability. If you're comfortable moving fluidly between hands-on development and advisory conversations, this role is built for that.</p>
