The Role:

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of convenience store construction projects across Texas and neighbouring states. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of project management from start to finish.

• 5+ years of experience in ground up commercial construction valued $1M - $10M+
• Proven ability to manage fast paced projects from 6 - 9 months
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
