We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial Talent Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone currently operating at a coordinator or junior manager level who is ready to take the next step in their career within talent management and entertainment.



The ideal candidate already has experience working with digital creators, influencers, actors, musicians, or entertainers and comes with existing industry relationships across brands, studios, casting, agencies, and entertainment partners. Candidates should also have active clients they currently manage, advise, or are confident they can bring/sign.



This is an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced management company while working closely alongside leadership on talent strategy, brand partnerships, entertainment opportunities, and long-term career development.



This position is currently remote, with plans to open a collaborative office space in the near future. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, managing relationships, and communicating across time zones.



Key Responsibilities



• Support the development and management of a roster of creators, talent, and entertainers

• Assist in identifying and securing brand partnerships, sponsorships, appearances, casting opportunities, and entertainment projects

• Maintain and grow relationships with brands, agencies, studios, casting professionals, networks, and digital platforms

• Work closely with leadership on talent strategy, growth initiatives, and business development opportunities

• Help manage day-to-day client communications, scheduling, project coordination, and campaign execution

• Identify and source emerging talent opportunities across digital, entertainment, and traditional media

• Collaborate with internal and external teams including PR, legal, marketing, and creative partners

• Track deal flow, outreach, talent opportunities, and partnership pipelines

• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining strong client relationships

• Stay current on industry trends, social platforms, creator economy developments, and entertainment news



Qualifications



• 2+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, digital media, casting, or brand partnerships

• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, studios, casting professionals, networks, or entertainment partners

• Must currently manage clients, have talent relationships, or demonstrate the ability to bring/sign talent opportunities

• Strong understanding of creator partnerships, entertainment deals, and talent development

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

• Comfortable multitasking across multiple clients, campaigns, and projects simultaneously



Preferred but Not Required



• Experience working with digital creators, actors, musicians, athletes, or entertainment personalities

• Background in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, casting, or entertainment business development

• Experience negotiating deals or managing campaigns from outreach through execution

• Familiarity with influencer marketing and CRM platforms such as CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, and HubSpot
