You will lead projects across management development, talent management, succession planning, workforce architecture, and skill-based frameworks. The Talent Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity—ranging from moderate to substantial—and determines appropriate actions that manages critical decisions. The Talent Management Lead evaluates employee training and development programs, assesses organizational needs and outcomes, and designs new solutions or enhances existing programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, guiding functional or segment-specific talent strategies that address matters of organizational significance. You will operate within a large, enterprise-scale environment and requires capability navigating complex landscapes, along with demonstrated expertise in skills architecture and talent frameworks. You will assess multifaceted situations, evaluate options, and determine appropriate courses of action that support enterprise priorities and outcomes. This role reports to the Associate VP, Talent Management.
