*Job Overview*

As a Team Leader in a care home setting, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents.

*Duties*

- Supervising and supporting the care team in providing excellent care to residents

- Developing and implementing electronic care plans in line with individual needs

- Communicating effectively with team members, residents, and families

- Driving continuous improvement in care standards and practices

- Leading by example and promoting a positive work environment

*Experience*

- Previous experience in a senior care role within a care home setting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care management

- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.10 per hour
