Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for both Voice and Non-Voice process positions across various business functions. Key Responsibilities:
Voice Process:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance on various queries and issues.
Offer customer support with high accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
Address customer complaints and escalate to appropriate departments when needed.
Achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Non-Voice Process:
Process data and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform back-office support tasks, including document management, data entry, and email correspondence.
Analyze data for trends, generate reports, and assist in troubleshooting customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for Voice Process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for Non-Voice Process.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Basic knowledge of the industry (for Non-Voice Process candidates).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in customer service or a BPO environment will be an advantage.
For Non-Voice positions, experience in data entry or back-office operations is desirable.
Working Hours:
Full-time positions, with flexible working hours.
