Qualifications
We are looking for motivated, analytical, and curious individuals who are eager to learn and contribute!
Availability:
Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week during East Coast business hours (Monday - Friday).
Ideally, candidates should be able to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
Remote Work Requirements:
A private and reliable internet connection is required.
Must be located in the United States (for tax purposes). International applicants will not be considered.
Technical Skills (Depending on Role):
Software Development Track:
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
Exposure to web development, cloud computing, or databases is a plus.
Data & Analytics Track:
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
As a Technology Summer Analyst Intern, you will work on real-world projects that align with your skills and interests. Your key responsibilities may include:
Software Development Track:
Writing, testing, and debugging code under the guidance of experienced developers.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications.
Participating in code reviews, team discussions, and Agile development workflows.
Learning and applying best practices in software engineering and DevOps.
Data & Analytics Track:
Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
Assisting in building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Learning how to write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
Supporting predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
