Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated TikTok Live Moderator to support our live streaming team. You will assist the host during live sessions by managing comments, engaging with viewers, and helping drive sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Moderate TikTok live chat in real-time

Engage with viewers in both Spanish and English

Assist the host in guiding conversations toward product sales

Pin products, highlight promotions, and manage live flow

Maintain a positive and active live room environment

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Strong communication and typing skills

Experience with TikTok or live streaming is a plus

Detail-oriented, fast response, and team player

Available for full-time work

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

30-minute lunch break

Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours
