Job Title: RPA Developer (Level 2 / Level 3)

Location: Remote (U.S. Only)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (with potential extension)

Work Hours: Preferably EST

Overview

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer (Level 2 or Level 3) to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automation solutions in a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to support production-grade bots.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes
• Support and maintain bots in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Integrate automation workflows with internal and external systems using APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of deployed bots
• Participate in ongoing improvements and enhancements of automation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in RPA development (UiPath preferred, but not required)
• Strong API development skills with hands-on experience using tools like Postman
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Experience working with LLM tools such as Claude Code or ChatGPT
• Proven experience supporting bots in production environments
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume operational settings
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Working knowledge of SQL

• Preference for candidates available during Eastern Time business hours
• Contract duration of 6+ months with possible extensions
