Video Recording Project - On-Site Moderator

About the position

The On-Site Moderator for the Video Recording Project at Lionbridge Technologies will facilitate Q&A sessions between participants during video recordings. This role is essential for ensuring smooth technical operations and maintaining a positive environment for capturing engaging content. The position is based in Boise, Idaho, and is a temporary contract role lasting two months.

Responsibilities

• Organize and store recordings systematically on a computer or cloud storage.
• Start, stop, and save recordings.
• Mitigate minor technical issues such as connectivity problems and software crashes.
• Keep records of session details, including participant names, session times, and any technical issues encountered.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a Native (C2) level.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to work on-site in Boise, Idaho.
• Ability to maintain moderation best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
• Attention to detail to identify and address inappropriate content swiftly.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle conflicts and enforce guidelines fairly.
