Position Title

Warehouse Inventory Coordinator Reports to Warehouse Inventory Manager (Department- Operations)

Full time in person- Norcross, GA

Position Summary The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient organization, equipment tracking, and timely movement of products. This role also manages purchasing coordination, repair processing, vendor quotations, and operational support to maintain smooth warehouse and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations
  • Oversee receiving, storage, transfers, and shipping operations
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse documentation
  • Coordinate and place orders for inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational materials
  • Monitor inventory replenishment levels and ensure adequate stock availability
  • Manage faulty or damaged equipment by coordinating repairs, replacements, and warranty claims
  • Track repair statuses and ensure repaired equipment is returned and tested properly
  • Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and organization of warehouse inventory and assets
  • Generate inventory, purchasing, and operational reports for management
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Optimize warehouse organization, inventory flow, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with onboarding and training of warehouse personnel
  • Support ERP/WMS system updates and inventory accuracy improvements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3–5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics management experience
  • Experience managing inventory purchasing and vendor coordination
  • Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations
  • Experience handling equipment repairs and vendor service coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move inventory and equipment as needed
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures
Schedule
  • May require occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
