Weekend & Evening Client Services Coordinator

We are a growing home inspection company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to help manage client calls, texts, emails, and appointment scheduling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and fast-paced communication. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and real estate agents.

Schedule

This position requires availability during the following times:
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9a – 5p
  • 3 weekday evenings: 12p-8p (days can be flexible if needed)
Consistency and reliability with these hours is very important.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from home buyers and real estate agents
  • Respond to text messages and email inquiries
  • Schedule home inspections using our scheduling software
  • Add services such as sewer scopes and other inspection add-ons
  • Confirm appointments and ensure scheduling details are accurate
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Escalate unusual situations when needed
Qualifications We are looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple conversations
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable learning new software systems
  • Able to communicate clearly with clients and real estate professionals
Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus.

Compensation

  • $17/hour
  • Monthly bonus opportunities based on company inspection volume
