Core Responsibilities: This entry-level position requires no prior flight experience. Your primary duty is to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers. You will perform pre-flight safety checks, conduct safety demonstrations, and deliver our signature in-flight service, acting as an ambassador of traditional Chinese hospitality. Qualifications & Requirements: We seek dynamic, team-oriented individuals. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for unrestricted international travel is required. A High School Diploma or GED is the minimum. Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage. Training & Work Schedule: Successful candidates will be flown to Beijing, China, for our comprehensive, paid training program (transport and accommodation provided). This position requires full flexibility for a variable roster that includes 'day time' and 'night shift' flights, as well as 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments. Compensation & Benefits: Air China offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $38,000 to $58,000, supplemented by hourly flight pay and international per diem. Our benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and extensive travel privileges on Air China and all Star Alliance partner airlines.
