Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Returns Processing Associate, you will be stationed at a computer terminal, opening returned customer packages to evaluate the condition of the merchandise and determine its next steps.

  • Condition Grading: Carefully inspect returned items for use, damage, or missing parts, following strict digital prompt guidelines to grade the item (e.g., Sellable, Damaged, Liquidate).
  • Data Entry: Accurately input return reason codes and item conditions into the warehouse management system to process customer refunds accurately.
  • Repackaging: Clean, re-bag, and re-label items that are deemed perfectly sellable so they can be reintroduced to the active inventory network.
