<div class="trix-content"> <div> <strong>Role: Alteryx Workflow Developer</strong><br> Duration: 9 months<br> Work Type: Fully Remote<br>Experience : 5+ years<br> <br> <strong><u>JD:</u></strong> The STARS Data Operations Program Orchestration - Manager Data Analytics will work with STARs HEIDIS measure Owners as a Senior Workflow Developer in M&R Workflow Programming Team utilizing advanced analytics. Must have solid programming skills to develop, implement, and maintain Medicare Part C/CAHPS/HOS/C&S Workflows, reporting of programs as required by STARS program orchestration team <br><br><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities: <br></u></strong>• Develop and maintain complex workflows using IBM Unica software. <br>• Collaborates with business partners to design, build and code cross channel communications using campaign platforms such as Unica/IBM Campaign. <br>• Serves as the technical lead on projects. Translates and conveys business solutions and strategies into system and database architecture. <br>• Designs and builds strategies, processes and technology solutions that support business needs and align with industry best practices. <br>• Ability to Create and Translate Complex SQL Queries to support ad-hoc business requests. <br>• Identifies data solutions to support complex campaigns including: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, flat files and data warehouses. <br>• Develops and maintains best practices and standard operating procedures for campaigns. <br>• Serves as the primary liaison to technology partners for data requests, issue escalation and resolution. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to Business partners <br>• Maintaining and updating the workflow automation environment to ensure optimization <br>• Participating in quality assurance, software testing, and documentation efforts<br> <br> <strong><u>Required skills:</u></strong> <br>• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience <br>• 2+ years of Hands on development experience with Alteryx <br>• 5+ years of Experience working with Campaign Management platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica (preferred), SAS, Alterian, Eloqua, etc.) <br>• Strong Experience with workflow design and development.<br> • 4+ years of experience with SQL, Snowflake and RDBMS systems <br>• 4 years of experience in a data quality review process, eg., Data QA, UAT etc. <br>• 3+ Years of experience in Automation and optimization of workflows. <br>• Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniques <br>• Proven ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain technical Workflows <br>• Competent to work on complex projects independently <br>• Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions<br> • Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions<br> <br> <strong><u>Desired skills:</u></strong> <br>• Experience with or understanding of HEDIS Star measures <br>• Experience with or understanding of the Medicare and Retirement and/or Community and State lines of business <br>• Proficient in UNIX, Linux <br>• Proficiency in Programming Languages (.Net/C++/C#/Java). <br>• Proficiency in Scripting (Batch/Shell/Java Script). <br>• Proficiency in Dashboard tools (Tableau/Cognos/Business Objects/Power BI). <br>• Knowledge of ETL Application (SSIS/Informatica) Key CLL Skills <br>• Understanding Goals, Priorities and Plans <br>• Delivering Results <br>• Resilience and Resourcefulness <br>• Providing Support <br>• Growth Mindset</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
