THE JOB:

As a Casino Marketing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of our Casino Marketing team by bringing strategic initiatives to life and creating a seamless guest experience. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily operations, support marketing programs, and assist leadership with reporting and insights that drive smart business decisions. You’ll partner with Casino Marketing leadership and executives to manage casino ticket and event inventory, reviewing gameplay activity and coordinating ticket distribution accordingly. From supporting promotional initiatives to maintaining organized records and tracking performance, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and the renowned experience MGM is known for.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist with the management and execution of all special events, including the preparation and dissemination of event counts to transportation, to allow for the most effective business decisions

  • Compile all financial reports to present to management, while researching data/trends and implement courses of action to reduce cost and maximize revenues

  • Maintain Casino blocks for ticketed events and distribute tickets to qualifying customers

  • Support and assist the manager in creating reports based on Casino Marketing needs that include all areas of the property including Hotel, MGM Rewards, VIP, Special Events, Casino Marketing and Casino Finance

  • Evaluate casino play for accounts to determine concert & event approvals

  • Maintains Pre/Post evaluations and execution of Slot Promotions and Tournaments

  • Evaluate and approve Direct Mail offers for Marketing Executives

  • Support and assist the Casino Marketing manager in identifying and resolving inefficiencies/problems that affect Casino Marketing and assist with ad-hoc reporting

  • Assist Casino Marketing Executives with all marketing needs, including maintaining and distributing Casino Marketing Executives weekly schedules

  • Protect the confidentiality of company documents and files

  • Collaborate with multiple properties on Direct Marketing strategies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

  • 1+ years of prior relevant experience required

  • Able to complete a HireVue digital interview
