Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.</em></strong><br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced Epic EHR Administrator to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic systems during and after healthcare transformation initiatives. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical workflows and the Epic environment, ensuring systems are aligned, efficient, and support high-quality patient care.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Configure Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Orders, MyChart, Willow, Cadence) to align with clinical workflows</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain Epic build documentation, including configuration specs, testing protocols, and change logs</p></li><li><p>Perform system, integration, and user acceptance testing for configuration updates</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve Epic application issues, escalating to Epic technical services when needed</p></li><li><p>Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization efforts</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar, or Crystal Reports</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into system configurations</p></li><li><p>Manage system maintenance, including version upgrades and routine updates</p></li><li><p>Partner with training teams to support end-user enablement and documentation</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, Meaningful Use) within system configurations</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of Epic EHR administration experience</p></li><li><p>Current Epic certification in at least one major module (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Orders, Willow, Cadence, MyChart)</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of clinical workflows (ambulatory, inpatient, or revenue cycle)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, Clarity/Caboodle, or Crystal Reports)</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Meaningful Use)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with ability to bridge clinical and technical teams</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> This role supports upcoming client engagements.
