This is not a traditional sales or account management role. The focus is on developing long-term strategic partnerships, navigating complex procurement environments, identifying institutional buying opportunities, and converting commercial insight into scalable revenue growth.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span>This role sits at the intersection of business development, pharmaceutical procurement intelligence, and commercial strategy execution. You will work closely with the CCO and Business Development Directors to identify, shape, and advance multi-stakeholder opportunities across global health procurement ecosystems.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span>The ideal candidate brings strong commercial instincts, credibility within pharmaceutical or institutional procurement environments, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving growth settings. Success in this role requires someone who can build relationships at senior levels, understand how institutional procurement decisions are made, and translate market intelligence into commercial Partnerships</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Originate, develop, and advance complex commercial opportunities across NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, international organisations, governments, donor-funded programmes, and institutional procurement bodies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and deepen strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, programme, and funding functions across NGOs, INGOs, faith-based organisations, and institutional health systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement environments complex commercial opportunities within multi-stakeholder institutional environments, including long procurement and partnership cycles.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical procurement, pharmaceutical supply chains, institutional healthcare purchasing, donor funding mechanisms, and tendering environments.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to translate market intelligence, commercial insight, and data into actionable growth strategies and commercial prioritisation.</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking capability, and ability to build senior external stakeholder relationships across institutional ecosystems.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record contributing directly to commercial growth, strategic partnerships, pipeline
