In this role, you will champion the creative vision and strategic direction of Sumsub's primary web presence. You will stay ahead of web-specific trends—from micro-interactions to headless CMS capabilities—ensuring Sumsub’s site remains a leader in the B2B SaaS space.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):</strong> Leverage analytics and user insights to optimize the website for growth. You will test hypotheses using A/B testing platforms and heatmaps, incorporating hard data into design decisions to improve the performance of our core landing pages and user flows.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work as the bridge between the design team and Web Developers. You will ensure that your team's designs are technically feasible and that the handoff process is seamless, maintaining a high level of "design fidelity" from Figma to the live site.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>System Quality & Consistency:</strong> Establish and uphold the Web Design System.
