Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary technical resource for PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingID platforms
  • Design and implement SSO integrations across enterprise applications
  • Configure and deploy PingFederate integration kits for IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, and WebLogic
  • Develop and support authentication workflows using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Fed/Trust
  • Deploy and manage PingAccess as a policy-based access control and risk evaluation engine
  • Configure access policies based on identity attributes, session context, network, and authentication factors
  • Implement and manage JWT-based identity and session propagation
  • Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to resolve IAM-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access and authentication issues
  • Apply security patches and perform periodic system upgrades
  • Maintain and develop technical documentation including runbooks, configurations, and architecture diagrams
  • Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Ping Identity Suite.
  • Strong experience with Ping Identity Suite (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingID)
  • Expertise in SSO implementation and IAM architecture.
  • Proficiency in authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), WS-Fed
  • Experience deploying Ping integrations with web/app servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic)
  • Programming/scripting experience in Java, .NET, Python, PHP, or Perl.
  • Hands-on experience with JWT tokens and API-based authentication.
  • Knowledge of security standards, identity federation, and access control mechanisms.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Relevant IAM certifications.
