You'll work closely with our Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles — bringing treasury credibility and technical depth to evaluations — and partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless banking connectivity for every new customer. Beyond your direct involvement in deals, you'll play a meaningful enablement role: coaching and upskilling the sales team on treasury workflows, demo delivery, and banking connectivity concepts so that Agicap's overall go-to-market capability compounds over time.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What You'll Do</b><div> <div><strong><br>Sales & CS Enablement</strong></div> <ul> <li>Coach and guide Account Executives on how to structure and deliver treasury-focused demos — building team-wide capability and confidence with financial buyers, not just stepping in yourself</li> <li>Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and how to handle technical objections in the field</li> <li>Develop reusable enablement assets: demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one-pagers</li> <li>Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product, ensuring real prospect and customer insights shape the roadmap<br><br></li> </ul> <div><strong>Pre-Sales & Deal Execution</strong></div> <ul> <li>Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles, bringing treasury and technical credibility to discovery calls, demos, and evaluations</li> <li>Customize product demonstrations to reflect prospects' specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking setups</li> <li>Lead technical and treasury-focused conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to uncover pain points and map them to Agicap's value proposition</li> <li>Build and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses to accelerate deal velocity and increase average contract value</li> <li>Run proof-of-concept evaluations and sandbox environments for prospects, managing the technical track of the sales process end-to-end</li> <li>Respond to RFPs and security/technical questionnaires</li> <li>Contribute to competitive positioning by developing deep knowledge of US alternatives and articulating Agicap's differentiation<br><br></li> </ul> <div><strong>Banking Connectivity – Pre-Sales</strong></div> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary expert on US banking connectivity during the sales process, advising prospects on integration paths (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their existing banking relationships</li> <li>Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, non-technical language for CFO and Controller audiences — the communication bridge that turns technical depth into deal momentum</li> <li>Proactively engage with US banks — both large national institutions and regional banks — to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation</li> <li>Help prospects anticipate integration complexity early, reducing post-sale surprises and accelerating time-to-live<br><br></li> </ul> <div style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Banking Connectivity – Implementation & Onboarding</strong></div> <ul> <li>Work hand-in-hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup for new customers</li> <li>Lead or support technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across US banks, including large nationals (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional institutions (Note: as Agicap US scales, hands-on configuration work is expected to transition to a dedicated implementation resource — candidates will be set expectations accordingly)</li> <li>Build and maintain a living playbook of US bank integration specs, contacts, and known requirements to reduce setup time across the team</li> <li>Troubleshoot connectivity issues during onboarding and serve as an escalation point for banking integration challenges</li> <li>Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when needed<br><br></li> </ul> <div style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Strategic Contributions</strong></div> <ul> <li>Feed market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap</li> <li>Track and report on the impact of pre-sales involvement on win rate, deal size, and sales cycle length</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>What We're Looking For</b><div> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation</li> <li>Hands-on practitioner background in corporate treasury — ideally someone who has lived cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting challenges from the corporate side before moving into the vendor or consulting world;
