<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist</strong><br /><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This role involves working on-site in Lake County on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. A key component of this position is to ensure that regulatory planning information is accurate and readily available for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with MS Project is preferred.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Execute assignments that ensure complete and accurate regulatory planning information is readily available for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as a key member of the Regulatory Portfolio Management core team responsible for enhancing and maintaining planning and reporting systems.</li><li>Assist Enhancement Leads in triaging and dispositioning enhancement requests.</li><li>Partner with Regulatory Strategic Planning colleagues to capture large datasets and prevent backlogs.</li><li>Update ongoing regulatory plans to align with improvements made to planning templates.</li><li>Support relevant complex and/or cross-functional initiatives as needed.</li><li>Lead or co-lead straightforward departmental process improvement activities.</li><li>Generate regulatory planning metrics reports and address other system-related needs.</li><li>Assist in system-related training and updates to training material and logistics.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>2 years of pharmaceutical or industry-related experience.</li><li>Experience working in a complex and matrix environment.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Experience with and understanding of software tools.</li><li>Keen awareness of cultural nuances and proven ability to work in a global environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>RAC Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).</li><li>Higher education and/or RAC certification may compensate for years of experience.</li><li>Experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Project Management preferred.</li><li>Understanding of global regulations.</li></ul><strong>Work Environment</strong><p>The role is based on-site in Lake County with workdays on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
