Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers from contract signature through long-term account management.
  • Own onboarding, ongoing customer support, and retention and growth of enterprise relationships and revenue.
  • Deliver responsive customer service to LATAM customers, including timely acknowledgement and resolution of issues.
  • Build customer relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical improvements.
  • Retain and grow LATAM accounts across hardware and service revenue.
  • Own assigned accounts to achieve forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule while tracking readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks.
  • Identify and lead process and system enhancements to improve cross-functional handoffs, customer experience, and business scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or a high school diploma/equivalency certificate plus 2+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of consulting or project management experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Significant knowledge or experience in one of these industries: reseller, maritime, aviation, mobile backhaul, or satellite communications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight time and resource constraints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate beyond the obvious answer.
  • Significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications in at least one area such as satellites, ground network, or user terminals.
  • Ability to turn customer feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations.
  • Excellent empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills.
  • Ability to read contract documents and discern requirements and deliverables.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and meetings.
  • Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise be eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

  • Base salary range of $80,000-$100,000 for Level 1 or $95,000-$125,000 for Level 2.
