We are seeking a Strategic Client Delivery Manager to serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful project delivery and client success, while driving long-term engagement, alignment, and growth within key, Enterprise-level accounts.</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Strategic Client Delivery Manager at 1406 Consulting, you will do more than manage accounts—<strong>you will lead Enterprise-level client projects and relationships strategically.</strong> Your role will be to set clear expectations, align stakeholders, and ensure clients realize maximum value from their investment in HubSpot and in 1406 Consulting.<br><br><strong>This is not a direct sales role.</strong> Instead, you will focus on creating mutual alignment, handling objections with confidence, and driving engagement that naturally leads to retention, expansion, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.</p><h3><strong>Client Leadership & Alignment</strong></h3><ul><li>Serve as the <strong>strategic partner and primary point of contact</strong> for assigned accounts.</li><li>Lead expectation-setting conversations, <strong>ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.</strong></li><li>Facilitate executive alignment between client leaders and 1406 delivery teams, balancing client goals with realistic outcomes.</li><li>Provide clarity, accountability, and proactive communication to ensure confidence and trust.</li></ul><h3><strong>Strategic Growth & Engagement</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop and execute <strong>account engagement plans</strong> that deepen adoption, executive sponsorship, and measurable ROI.</li><li>Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and present <strong>strategic recommendations</strong> that align with client objectives.</li><li>Drive cross-sell and up-sell motions by connecting client goals to additional HubSpot features, managed services, or consulting solutions.</li><li>Partner with sales and leadership to execute account expansion strategies, always with the client’s success at the center.</li></ul><h3><strong>Objection Handling & Influence</strong></h3><ul><li>Anticipate and address client concerns with confidence, providing solutions that turn challenges into growth opportunities.</li><li>Manage difficult conversations constructively, guiding clients toward decisions that maximize their success.</li><li>Influence key decision-makers by articulating clear business cases and linking solutions to strategic outcomes.</li></ul><h3><strong>Client Relationship & HubSpot Expertise</strong></h3><ul><li>Build strong, trusted relationships at multiple levels of the client organization.</li><li>Provide high-level guidance on HubSpot tools and best practices, in collaboration with our implementation and consulting team.</li><li>Conduct <strong>Strategic Business Reviews</strong> to assess performance, present insights, and align on future priorities.</li><li>Monitor account health and client satisfaction, ensuring high retention and expansion.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Education Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting in a B2B services/agency environment.</li><li>Prior HubSpot, CRM, digital marketing, or SaaS consulting experience preferred.
