Adex Medical Staffing is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. These are fantastic opportunities for qualified physicians who require visa sponsorship to practice in the United States. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in an inpatient setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering evidence-based clinical practices.

This position is open to qualified candidates who require visa sponsorship.  ADEX will facilitate our Immigration pathway that includes J1 waiver sponsorship and an H1B including transfers, leading to permanent residency. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and provide care for hospitalized patients across a variety of medical conditions.
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees as needed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Qualifications: • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (or equivalent).
• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain a medical license in [State].
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
