As a Global Trading TDP graduate, you will be furnished with a real job from day one, gaining hands on experience, to help cultivate foundational trading skills to establish your own career path.
Trader Development Program (TDP) – Our Trader Development Program (TDP) is a fast paced, competitive program that will enable you to develop the competencies and skills required to become a successful energy trader at ExxonMobil. You will complete multiple trading role rotations to gain crucial experience in operations, risk and analytics. Throughout your time on the TDP you will receive formal training as well as mentoring and feedback from Senior Traders to further your development. All of this will lead to a formal end of Program assessment. If successful, you will be ready to commence your career as a trader enjoying roles with increasing complexity, responsibility and market exposure.
This role is open to individuals who are in the early stages of their professional careers. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:
A good degree in any discipline (preferably Second Upper Honors or above)
Strong attention to detail
Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
An interest in commodity and financial markets
The ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in an international team environment
