Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Makati City
Salary: Up to PHP 27,000 per month + incentives
We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a non-voice account. This role primarily involves handling customer inquiries through email, chat, and other written communication channels. The hiring process is fully virtual, with phone interviews only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services
- Document interactions and maintain records in the system
- Follow company policies and standard procedures
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate (senior high school graduates are welcome)
- With or without BPO experience
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willing to work on-site in Makati
