Job Description:

  • Review caregiver applications and resumes
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
  • Track applicant status and maintain recruiting records
  • Assist with caregiver onboarding tasks and documentation
  • Track completion of required forms, credentials, and system access
  • Help maintain an approved backup caregiver list per case
  • Monitor caregiver clock in/out and back up fill ins

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting recruiting or onboarding, preferably in home care
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable following structured workflows
  • Nice to Have: Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR tools
  • Familiarity with home care compliance requirements
